Our Story
3S is a newly formed business conceived to bring solutions to STR daily challenges, and brings more than seven years of hands-on experience and over 7,210 turnover services completed across South Florida.
We don't just understand what happens between checkout and the next guest's arrival — we have lived it intensively during the past 7 years.
We have managed the pressure of back-to-back turnovers and all sorts of operational difficulties and challenges in the hospitality industry — from unexpected last-minute maintenance issues and inventory shortages, to property problems and tight check-in deadlines.
Those experiences taught us how important reliability, organization, communication and operational support are when every detail matters. That real-world experience became the foundation of 3S – Safe Stay Solutions.
